Abed Alshabab

Managing Director & Founder

An engineer and builder with an international career, Abed has led construction projects across several countries. In Luanda, Angola, he worked with international contractors to deliver luxury residences and large-scale residential and commercial developments.

In Nigeria he has delivered major projects for leading local and global clients, including MTN, Nestlé, Dangote, Lotus Plastic, StrongPack and Coca-Cola. He founded Enterprise Construction & Management to give clients a contractor that is accountable, responsive and relentless about delivery in a fast-moving market.

Alaeddin Alkhalaf

Executive Director & Founding Partner

A founding partner of ECM, Alaeddin is an engineer known across Lagos's luxury high-rise market for uncompromising quality and an eye for the details that set premium buildings apart.

His track record includes Bourdillon No. 4, Bourdillon No. 39, Olympic Tower, Meristem, Waltersmith and Cara, and his relationships across the industry give ECM a distinct advantage on every project it takes on.

Yinka Alakija

Business Development Consultant

Yinka opens doors for ECM. He identifies new opportunities, brokers strategic introductions and builds lasting relationships with prospective clients and partners across Nigeria's construction and property sectors.

He also serves as Chairman of the Ikoyi Polo Club.

Moyosore Oluwole

Real Estate Strategic Advisor

A real estate and infrastructure executive with more than a decade of experience in property development, facilities management and strategic asset transactions across Nigeria's commercial real estate market.

He heads LilyFolad, lead broker for Stanbic IBTC Bank's foreclosed real estate portfolio since 2018, where he has closed several transactions worth millions of dollars. The firm specialises in discreet sales and acquisitions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, institutional investors and corporate clients in oil and gas, banking and real estate.

Tosan Atle Aiboni

Legal

Tosan leads ECM's legal function, overseeing contracts, compliance and governance so that every project is properly structured, documented and protected for clients, partners and the company.

As Managing Director of Victoria Chambers, he brings that experience to the agreements behind every ECM project, giving clients and investors confidence that commitments are sound and honoured.
